- MISSION STATEMENT-
To provide a positive opportunity for youth to experience the fun of playing baseball, teamwork, fair play, and individual achievement.
The Riverton Area Babe Ruth League shall be managed and overseen by the Executive Board, which shall consist of the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the player agent, the equipment manager, the field manager, the concessions manager and one board member at large. Each Executive Board member shall be duly nominated and elected by a majority vote of the General Membership at the Annual Meeting, to be held in the fall of each year. In the event any Executive Board member is unable to complete his/her term, and a vacancy of the Board occurs, said vacancy shall be filled by a selection of the executive board.
A Quorum of the Board is five members for purposes of conducting business where at least three of the board members present are the President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer. A majority of the Quorum is sufficient to act.
